This is the step where we sit down for a meeting or initial conference call via phone. We give some additional background about our company, what we can offer to you as a client and show examples of past work.
This step is critical in the development of the project. This is where we do background research and learn more about your field. This is a very fluid step with the client having ample time to provide input.
This is the fun step.... the design! This is the step where our creative juices are flowing and we are doing the actual design. We take all of the information from the previous steps and put them onto paper to layout the design concepts.
You the client will be able to view the design concepts from the previous step and will then provide feedback to us. We will be available to answer questions and help in the decision process with our professional opinions.
This is the final step where we deliver the final products. We use this time to ensure the client is completely satisfied and happy with the process, our company and the final products.

I sell brand identity design that differentiates my clients’ companies from their competitors, boosting client profits by helping them attract and retain their ideal customer base.
What I charge varies depending on the specific needs of each client and I’m happy to provide a quote when I learn more about the design brief.
Think of graphic design as an investment. It’s a venture that when combined with a great product or service will pay off year upon year for the entire life of a business/product. If you understand just how profitable good design can be, let’s get started.
No. Design is not a commodity.
“A commodity is anything for which there is demand, but which is supplied without qualitative differentiation across a market. In other words, copper is copper. Rice is rice. Stereos, on the other hand, have many levels of quality. And, the better stereo is, the more it will cost.” – Wikipedia
Time frames vary from 1-3 days depending on how large the project is and with the schedule depending almost entirely on project deliverables. Most projects are completed and sent back within a 24-48 hour turn around.
It’s possible, but my focus is always on current clients and I try to avoid accepting more than 5 projects at any one time to keep customer satisfaction at 100%. If you too become a business partner you will appreciate this policy.
A large portion of my clients are from outside the UK. This hasn’t affected any of my design projects. I enjoy meeting partners face-to-face, communication via telephone, Skype, and email can often save considerable time.
With all projects below £300 artwork requires a 100% deposit. All projects over £300 require a 50% deposit and the additional 50% after artwork is complete.
This is payable via bank transfer or Paypal. Details are included in my invoice.
